Nothing on this site, in a proposal, in a call, or in a creator brief is a guarantee of sales, GMV, revenue, commission, conversion rate, reach or follower growth. Creator commerce is a testing discipline: some products and creator pairings work, and some do not. Any seller or agency promising you a fixed sales outcome from short-form video is either guessing or misleading you.

Clipmerce publishes no client results, no case-study performance data, no client testimonials and no client logos. Any chart, payout number or metric shown in a page illustration exists to explain a layout or a concept and is labelled as illustrative. It is not a real campaign, a real creator payout, or a typical result.

Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or an implied return on investment. Fees are proposed per engagement and confirmed in a scope document.

• Product-market fit, price point, margin and whether the product demonstrates well on video.
• Stock depth, fulfilment speed and return rate — a good campaign on a product that ships late loses money.
• Listing quality, reviews and shop conversion friction, which we can improve but not invent.
• Creator fit and audience relevance, which is why we vet rather than volume-blast.
• Commission economics and whether creators can realistically earn on your basket size.
• Market, language and season — a Norwegian result does not transfer unchanged to the UK or the US.
• Platform behaviour: distribution, affiliate mechanics, category availability and policy changes are outside our control.

Affiliate and commission income is variable and not guaranteed. Being accepted into our network does not entitle you to campaigns, a minimum number of briefs, or a minimum income. Campaign availability depends on sellers, budgets and category fit. You are an independent party responsible for your own taxes, registration and reporting in your own country. We will always tell you the commercial terms — fee, commission rate, usage rights, exclusivity — before you commit, and you can decline any brief.
